• Sprint 2-30: ✅ Complete — 20 MCP tools shipped
• Deployed: dev.ai4s.pro (with DataChat, since 2026-03-30 09:49)
• DRACO benchmark: Published on dev.ai4s.pro. Best result: claude-opus 50.3/100
• Library: Neuler add queue ready (10 DOIs, 2 projects: variance_reduction + splitting)

🔴 Current Blocker

Sprint 31 requires OPENROUTER_API_KEY
- Without it: agent cannot access OpenRouter models for batch research tasks
- Workaround: use Anthropic direct for single-model tasks (more expensive)
- Action needed from Daniil: approve OPENROUTER_API_KEY setup → /review/inbox/api_key_openrouter_proposal.md

What Sprint 31 Would Enable

Based on WM and project context:
- Multi-model benchmarking (OpenRouter gives access to Llama, Qwen, Mistral, etc.)
- Cheaper batch research tasks (vs. direct Anthropic API)
- DRACO benchmark expansion beyond 4 models
- Qwen 3.6 Plus (free on OpenRouter as of Apr 2) = zero-cost candidate for SDR eval

Neuler Library Add Queue

10 DOIs ready in /root/data/neuler_add_queue.md:
- 5 papers: Variance Reduction / Stochastic Gradient (PhD ch5-6)
- 5 papers: Operator Splitting / Primal-Dual (Splitting paper + PhD ch4)

When to add: Next session with neuler MCP available.
Critical: After each add, verify title matches → if mismatch, remove immediately by DOI.
